| Will there be snow? |

Yes, for 2 reasons
(i) Our resorts are very high mostly with access to glaciers and are very snow sure.
(ii) All of these resorts have very extensive snow making machinery so that even in a poor snow season most runs are fully open. |

| Can we pay our holiday by Credit Card? |
 |
| Yes, but apart from the initial small deposit, there is a 2% charge. Lift passes can also be paid for by Credit Card with no additional charge. |

| Can individual group members pay separately? |
 |
| Yes, but must be sure to identify the group leader. |
|
| Are there separate dining arrangements for children? |
 |
| Yes, children age 12 or under dine earlier, usually at 6-6.30pm. Parents help with the serving. |

| What are the catering arrangements? |
 |
| Silver Ski provides breakfast of porridge, eggs, cereals, french bread preserves, and afternoon tea with home made cakes, 3-course dinner at 8pm with free unlimited local wine. On Wednesday it is staff day off and no dinner is provided. Guests dine at a restaurant at their own expense. |

| What ski/boot rental facilities are there? |

| Silver Ski use the best shops in the area whose equipment is top class and where unusual (large) sizes are available. Pay by credit card if required. |

| What are the facilities for children? |
 |
Most resorts have crèche facilities run by the local community.
Reberty take children from age 3 months upwards.
Meribel/Courchevel take age 18 months upwards.
La Plagne from 3 months to 3 years.
Val D'Isere from 3 years upward.
In all cases the parents must supply a medical record plus a doctors letter to confirm their well-being. |

| Do the chalet staff live in? |
 |
| Yes, the chalet is their home for the winter and they are your hosts. |

| What is the luggage allowance? |
 |
| 20 kilos plus a pair of ski's if necessary, Ski's are carried free of charge.

| Can seats on the aircraft be reserved in advance? |
 |
| No, they are allocated at check-in. |
